Adam Q. Voyles is a partner with Lubel Voyles LLP, in Houston, Texas and is licensed in both Texas and New York. Adam has a broad range of trial experience in both federal and state courts throughout the United States, including Texas, Virginia, Ohio, Florida, Nevada, Arkansas and California. Adam' areas of concentration include business litigation, construction litigation, product defects, officer/director liability lawsuits and personal injury. Adam' clients include both individuals and large corporations.

Adam has jury experience both prosecuting and defending lawsuits and has obtained both judgments and settlements exceeding millions of dollars. Recently, Adam has defended numerous lawsuits for one of the largest privately owned construction companies in the nation. Adam has successfully prosecuted cases ranging from intellectual property to qui tam. In 2000, Adam obtained a judgment for more than $3.3 million in an adversary proceeding before the Honorable Judge Stephen Felsenthal, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Northern District of Texas, Dallas Division, see Rand Energy Co. v. Del Mar Drilling Co., Inc. (In re Rand Energy Co.), No. 99-3262, slip op. at 16 (Bankr. N.D. Tex. Aug. 1, 2000).

Adam, born Indianapolis, Indiana, July 24, 1971; admitted to Texas Bar in 1997 and New York Bar in 2005; Education: Southern Methodist University (B.B.A., 1994); University of Houston (J.D., 1997). While at SMU, Adam was a four year letterman in football and was awarded numerous awards including being voted All-Southwest Conference, Academic All-American, and Defensive MVP by both players and coaches.
